Notice regarding overseas subsidiaries

Axalta Shinto Coating Systems Co., Ltd. hereby announces the acquisition of 60% shares of PT. Shinto Paint Indonesia(”SPI”)in Indonesia and made the company a subsidiary in March 2014.

We also announces our subsidiary Axalta Shinto Coating Systems Taiwan Co., Ltd. acquired 60% shares of Shinto Paint Trading (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (”SPS”) in China and made the company its subsidiary in September 2014.
